Duke and duchess and Prince Harry to host dinner for Obamas

Britain’s Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry will host a dinner for US President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama at Kensington Palace in London on Friday (22.04.16).
The young royals have invited the politician and his wife to the residence of the British Royal Family, which is the official London home of Prince William, 33, his wife Kate, 34 and his 31-year-old brother.
The group are no strangers, since the couples have met before in London’s Buckingham Palace in May 2011 and Prince Harry visited Obama in the Oval office of the White House in Washington, US, in October.
A statement from Kensington Palace said: "Their Royal Highnesses are very much looking forward to welcoming President and Mrs Obama to Kensington Palace."
But first, Obama, 54, will attend a lunch earlier in the day at Windsor Castle to wish Queen Elizabeth II – who turns 90 on Thursday (21.04.16) – a happy birthday.
It is set to be a busy week for the elderly monarch, who has a list of engagements planned with her husband The Duke of Edinburgh, 94, in the city of Windsor to celebrate the occassion.
The couple will visit the Royal Mail Windsor delivery office on William St. on Wednesday (20.04.16) to mark the 500th Anniversary of the Postal Service and visit Alexandra Gardens for a ceremony to officially open a new bandstand.
On Thursday, the royal couple will officially open The Queen’s Walkway, a 6.3km self-guided walking trail connecting 63 points of significance in the town of Windsor.
