Prince William wants Leicester league win

Britain’s Prince William is desperate for Leicester City to win the Premier League title – despite being an Aston Villa fan.
The 33-year-old royal has revealed he is "dying" for his club’s Midlands rivals to lift the trophy of English football’s top division come May, because he thinks it would be great for football if a previously unfancied side won the competition.
Speaking at a special lunch at Wembley Stadium, north London, to celebrate his 10th year as President of the Football Association, he said: "I’m dying for Leicester to win. It will be good for the game."
However, William is said to be "worried" that his own team Villa will be playing football in the second tier of the English game next season as they are almost certainly doomed to relegation from the Premier League.
After the royal’s comments, Ian Lenagan, an FA board member and a director of Oxford United, said: "He’s rather more worried about the prospect of Championship football from his own point of view."
Last year, William admitted he would "love" it if his and Duchess Catherine’s two-year-old son Prince George grew up being a Villa fan, but admitted their daughter, Princess Charlotte, 11 months, will probably end up supporting the Birmingham-based club instead.
He said: "The responsible thing would be to say, to let [George] make his own mind up, but I think I might be quite biased.
"I haven’t quite worked out how to play that yet. Of course he can support whoever he wants, but if he supports Villa, it’d be fantastic. I’d love to go to the odd match with him in the future.
"It’ll probably end up being that [Princess] Charlotte is the Villa fan and George will go and support someone else!"
