Lianne La Havas supports Coldplay on Latin America tour dates

Lianne La Havas is to support Coldplay on the Latin America leg of their ‘A Head Full Of Dreams Tour’.
The ‘Unstoppable’ hitmaker will kick off the run of dates in Buenos Aires, Argentina tonight (31.03.16) and will open up for the ‘Hymn For The Weeknd’ rockers for eight shows finishing off on Sunday April 17 in Foro Sol, Mexico City.
Taking to her Instagram account to share her excitement for the opening slot with the band – fronted by Chris Martin – she wrote: "Thank you Coldplay I’ll be playing for the first time all over Latin America starting in #BuenosAires tomorrow (sic)"
Lianne, 26, will then head back to England where she will perform at Cheltenham Jazz Festival on April 27.
Meanwhile, Lianne has expressed a desire to venture into acting and said she likes to have a "persona" when she performs.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I’ve wanted to do it for a while. I don’t know what kind of acting but I’m very interested in it, I think it’s a wonderful craft. I’d love to learn and properly experience it and know what it’s like to play a character, it’s very interesting to me. Because I obviously perform on stage, which is actually a polar opposite I have to be honest, but it’s still some sort of persona, so it’s very intriguing to me."
