Ne-Yo’s wife Crystal Renay has shared the first picture of their newborn son.
The ‘So Sick’ hitmaker’s spouse only gave birth to the little one Shaffer Chimere Smith Jr. on Wednesday (16.03.16) but she seemingly couldn’t wait to show him off to the world as she shared an adorable photo of her new bundle of joy online yesterday evening.
Alongside the shot of the tot in her arms, she wrote: "Allow me to introduce to you all Shaffer Chimere Smith Jr! I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS LIL MAN! Now I know what it means to have your heart walk around outside of your body! THANK YOU @neyo for the greatest gift in the world!

A representative for the star confirmed the couple had welcomed a baby boy into the world on Tuesday (15.03.16) but details surrounding his birth are yet to be revealed.
Earlier this week, Ne-Yo, 36 – who already has five-year-old daughter Madilyn and four-year-old son Mason with ex-girlfriend Monyetta Shaw – shared a picture of himself cradling Crystal’s bump as they cuddled on the sofa together just days before their new addition.
The couple, who got married last month, first met when Ne-Yo contacted Crystal about working together on a short film for his album, and although she was two hours late, it was love at first sight.
