Adele is preparing for her world tour with some intensive gym sessions.
The 27-year-old singer will be hitting the road for 10 months when her tour kicks off in February, and is working hard to ensure she has the stamina for the job in hand.
But the ‘Hello’ singer appears to be struggling somewhat with the workout plan set for her, judging by her latest Instagram post.
Adele shared a shot on the site which showed her grimacing in pain as she pulled some kind of weighted cable.
She captioned the picture: "Getting ready".
The mother-of-one wowed fans with her slimmer figure when she made her much anticipated musical comeback last year following a three year hiatus.
She revealed recently that her thinner frame is down to a strict diet and "f***ing boring" gym sessions.
Talking about the vocal hemorrhage she had in 2011, Adele told Daily Life magazine back in November: "It’s f***ing boring, but I don’t think you take your voice seriously until you’ve an accident. I’m frightened all the time I’m going to damage my voice."
She has also given up smoking and drinking in a bid to maintain her vocal health.
Adele’s workout picture came as it was revealed her latest album ’25’ has succeeded in smashing records to become the UK’s biggest-selling home entertainment title of the last year – beating even the Fifa 16 computer game.
