Ryan Adams and Taylor Swift would collaborate

Ryan Adams and Taylor Swift are up for collaborating on music together.

The 40-year-old singer/songwriter released his own version of the ‘Shake It Off’ hitmaker’s ‘1989’ LP on Monday (21.09.15) and now both stars have revealed they’d been in the studio together in the past and would be up for joining forces once more.

Speaking on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 Show, Taylor said: "We have written together before. We wrote together once and it was amazing. Like I know what his studio is like, I know what his vibe is like. I’ve seen him create music. It’s very much on the sly, ad lib. You (Ryan) create music really quickly. You get this bolt of lightning and Ryan is just off making the song happen."

Asked if they would be up for working together the blonde beauty said she is "open to anything collaborative" with Ryan and the feeling is "mutual".

She responded: "We haven’t talked about it but I am open to anything honestly. I’ve been such a huge fan of Ryan and what he stands for and he has been like my own markers on my life with his songs. So I am open to anything collaborative."

Ryan added: "It’s mutual. She’s amazing."

The ‘Blank Space’ singer also found listening to Ryan’s re-imagining of her LP "magical" because she could imagine how he recorded it, having been to his studio PAX-AM in Los Angeles.

Taylor added: "And so that’s one thing that really made it special to listen to this album because I can kind of visualise how he probably recorded it. And I’ve been in those rooms before and it just made it even more magical."
