Snoop Dogg angers locals

Snoop Dogg has riled the residents of an English town where he is set to headline Mutiny festival.

The 43-year-old rapper will perform at Fontwell Park Racecourse at the sold-out event this weekend but locals have staged an emergency meeting because they are unhappy with the chaos and ‘expletives’ that Snoop will cause and it was agreed that "this isn’t Glastonbury".

Keith Hood, 57, said: "Parents with young children don’t want to hear expletives being belted around the village. Snoop Dogg is probably as violent as my cat – he’s very vicious.

"There’s only 2,500 people camping at the venue, so that means there’s going to be 12,000 pouring out of the venue and onto our streets at 11.30 at night.

"It’s going to be chaos. Nobody wants a festival in their back garden and the rap racket will keep us up all night."

Meanwhile, the gangster rapper – who is known for his love of marijuana and girls – will be more welcome at Lovebox this Saturday (18.07.15), where he is set to headline at the Victoria Park festival in London.

Tia Maria Milk Float and dance floor will feature at this year’s Lovebox festival and serve Tia Espresso Ice to thirsty festival-goers. By day, a chill out zone treating fans to ice cool cocktails, tunes and free face art. By night, a dance floor to boogie under the glowing neon sign.
