Lauren Goodger worries she’s "going to die".
The former ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ star has opened up about her struggle with anxiety to reveal it’s getting worse as she gets older.
She shared: "I’ve had anxiety since I was little. I’m a worrier and very scared of lots of things. It’s funny, as I get older I’m getting more scared of things like flying that never used to bother me. I don’t know why. I grew up with dogs and now I’m scared of big dogs. I get scared of situations and think I’m going to die or things are going to happen."
The 28-year-old beauty claimed that although she’s had no qualms about going under the knife in the past, she doesn’t think she could have any more cosmetic surgery now because of her issues.
She explained to Now magazine: "I had a boob job two years ago, but I don’t think I could do that now. When I’m going out I feel like, ‘Oh God, I’m really nervous, who’s going to be there?’ And it’s a constant panic. I get nervous at home too – I sleep with the light on in the hallway."
