‘Naughty’ Amanda Holden

Amanda Holden has been "naughtier" on this series of ‘Britain’s Got Talent’.

The star thinks her and fellow judge Alesha Dixon are acting a little more risqué compared to the previous ITV series.

She said: "Alesha and I have been naughtier this year.

"We’re very much united against the two egos on either end! We do all get along on the panel but I think we’re very different to one another and that’s why it works."

The 44-year-old actress also insisted it was a "no brainer" for her to resume her position on the judging panel.

She added: "It’s an absolute no brainer of a job for me. It’s an incredible thing to be part of. We’re such a tiny island when you think of it, but we seem to have a never-ending supply of eccentricity, nuttiness and pure talent. It’s already shaping up to be one of our strongest shows.

"I’m a stickler for variety in its simplest medium. I like ventriloquists, animal acts … singing is a huge part of the show, too, and I’d like to see a choir win."

And Amanda has ruled out leaving the show, saying she would be "mental" to quit.

She told the Daily Express newspaper: "When I first got the ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ gig, I remember saying to my husband, Chris, that if I was still doing it in five years it’d be amazing. Nine years later my eldest daughter has grown up with it.

"If Simon [Cowell] offered me more, I would definitely continue. I would be mental not to."
