Ricky Wilson says will.i.am "likes to play with intelligence".
‘The Voice’ judge admitted his fellow mentor can often seem too smart for him to keep up, and explained while he gets on with all of co-stars, the Black Eyed Peas hitmaker is "trickier" than Kylie Minogue or Sir Tom Jones.
He told The Sun on Sunday newspaper’s Fabulous magazine: "Will’s trickier. He likes to play with intelligence.
"Once he was saying that DNA was going to become currency and I was trying to work out what it meant. I’m still working it out! It was only when I realised he likes to wind you up that I started getting along with him."
The Kaiser Chiefs singer found it easier to get on with Tom and Kylie quickly, revealing his dinner date plans with both of the pop icons.
He said: "Kylie emailed this week. She was going to Paris on the day I was leaving, so we were emailing about going for dinner.
"She likes Jamie’s Italian. I think I’ll treat her soon … I get more joy telling me people about [the celebrity lifestyle] than I actually get from it!
"I’ve been out for dinner with Tom and spend a lot of time in his dressing room too … with his top off!"
