Dannii Minogue plots British TV return

Dannii Minogue is planning to return to British TV next year.

The former ‘X Factor’ and ‘Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model’ judge has been inspired by her sister Kylie Minogue’s reality TV judging debut on ‘The Voice’ UK and hopes to make a sensational small screen comeback of her own in 2015.

She told the Daily Telegraph newspaper: "I’d love to return to British screens. Maybe not this year, but hopefully next."

And Dannii, 42, was full of praise for her sister’s star turn on ‘The Voice’, which has enjoyed a ratings resurgence this year.

The Australian star added: "She is doing such a great job. I didn’t give her any advice as she doesn’t need it."

‘Can’t Get You Out of My Head’ hitmaker Kylie, 45, recently called for Simon Cowell – who is returning to ‘The X Factor’ this year – to hire Dannii to return to the show as well.

She said: "Dannii has done so well on ‘X Factor’ Australia, she won it with her artist. She’s got better and better and this year, in the words of [‘X Factor’ UK judge] Louis Walsh, she nailed it! So yes, I would like to see her back."

Earlier this month, Simon, 54, confirmed he has been in talks with former judge Cheryl Cole, 30, about returning to the ITV singing competition’s judging panel.
