Britain’s Prince Harry loves having red hair.
The prince – who is currently taking part in a month-long mission in Australia before he retires from the army in June – met with young people in Canberra as part of one of his royal engagements, and made the comment while talking to one young fan who was also ginger-haired.
Ethan Toscan, 12, made a sign stating, "Red Heads RULE!" to catch the attention of the 30-year-old royal, to which he responded positively by saying he would never want to have hair of another colour.
According to the boy, Harry insisted being a redhead "has to be the number one thing one person can ever be".
During the short chat, Ethan said the prince – who is currently believed to be single after splitting from his long-term girlfriend Cressida Bonas last year – also praised him for his banner and high-five’d him for his efforts.
He added: "He said that I was fabulous in making the sign and it’s awesome to be a redhead.
"I’m over the moon – it’s just wow! I got to shake his hand!"
