Lucy Mecklenburgh "feels sorry" for Lauren Goodger.
The 23-year-old beauty has confessed she would be more than happy to help her former ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ co-star turn her life around if she asked as she doesn’t think anyone should be afraid of looking at pictures of themselves.
Asked if rumours she’d offered to help Lauren after setting up her own health and fitness business were true, Lucy exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Obviously I would help her if she wanted me to but I haven’t actually offered to.
"I feel a bit sorry for her because I read her articles about how she feels and how she doesn’t like to look at herself in the mirror. I think it’s really sad."
However, the ‘Tumble’ star went on to admit she thinks Lauren, 28, will be just fine without her help.
She continued: "I’m sure she’s doing something about it and changing her diet and exercising more so I hope she doesn’t feel like that anymore."
Lauren recently spoke out to defend Lucy after it was claimed she’d been pressuring her into losing weight.
She said: "I heard Lucy Mecklenburgh has denied she is pressuring me into losing weight. To be honest, I never thought she had!"
