Poppy Delevingne would’ve killed for Friends role

Poppy Delevingne would have "committed murder" to appear in ‘Friends’.

The 28-year-old model – who is set to make her television debut in Comedy Central series ‘I Live With Models’ – has confessed she would’ve done anything to land a role in the much-loved sitcom.

The blonde beauty – who is the older sister of model Cara Delevingne – said: "I really would have liked to have been in ‘Friends’, that would have been great! I honestly would have committed murder to do it – I am obsessed with ‘Friends’.

"It is so funny. The other night I turned on Comedy Central and I love it when you find an episode of ‘Friends’ you haven’t seen before.

"It is now beginning not to happen as much as it used to but I still love it and wish I could have been in that."

Meanwhile, Poppy – who plays model Sophie in ‘I Live With Models’ – admits she thought she’d ruined her chances of kicking off her TV career when she messed up her audition for the new comedy.

She told The Sun newspaper: "I actually auditioned in October. So I just went in and did my thing! I actually thought it went really badly, which is what they always say happens – the roles you get are the ones you think go badly.

"I came back really frustrated with myself as I really loved reading the script, I thought it was genius and so funny so I was really keen to get some sort of part in it and they came back and asked would I like to do Sophie and I was like, ‘Yes’. I jumped at it. I really wanted to have a role in it somewhere."
