Vicky Pattison had ‘no boobs and no life’ after losing weight

Vicky Pattison had "no boobs and no life" when she slimmed down to a size six.
The former ‘Geordie Shore’ star went on a health kick in 2013, bringing her from a size 16 to a six but she admitted she was miserable at both sizes.
She wrote on Instagram: "Sooooo, I wanted to post this to show a bit of perspective guys!!
"I was around a size 16, unfit, unhealthy and most importantly- regardless of my grin- I was unhappy.
"[After] I’d slimmed down with the help of my fitness dvd- I was a size 6 with no boobs and pretty much no life. I became obsessed, too focused and this in turn was also detrimental to my health. I wasn’t enjoying the amazing gift of life as I was too worried about the calorie content of a blueberry! (sic)."
However, she is now a size 10 and says she has finally found the right balance.
The 30-year-old star wrote: "I am around a size 10, all boobs, bum and zero apology! I train hard, I eat right about 80 per cent of the time but my life doesn’t revolve around what the scales say! I listen to my body- and when it says it wants a gin and tonic… I GIVE IT ONE!!! I am a strong, healthy, realistic woman with a good balance of work and home life. I am in short, HAPPY. And that’s what I wanted you to know.
"Don’t allow your happiness to completely hinge on what the scales say! Be happy because you’re alive, see exercise as a celebration of what your body can do not a punishment for what you’ve ate, use food as fuel not a means to curb boredom and most importantly: eat the cake once in a while… because life is for living and cake is great.
"Love yourselves and have a great weekend (sic)."
Last summer, Vicky revealed how she is "standing up" to her trolls and won’t let them body shame her.
She said: "I don’t want to be silenced. I’m not ashamed of my body and I won’t let anyone make me feel ashamed of my imperfections. They make me who I am, they make me unique. Nobody is perfect.
"What even is perfect? If I have to stand up to every troll who criticises me weight or my shape, I will! I’m not just doing this for me, I’m doing it for every woman. I want them to know that whether they’ve got long legs, short legs, an enormous bum – whatever it is they’re gorgeous and beautiful and they deserve to look sexy every single day."
