Tony Hadley faces first I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here Bushtucker challenge

Tony Hadley was covered by 30,000 cockroaches as he took part in the first Bushtucker trial of this series of ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here’.

Before they could rest their heads at the loser’s camp, Tony was joined by Jorgie Porter, Lady Colin Campbell, Chris Eubank, George Shelley and Kieron Dyer as they took part in the first Bushtucker challenge of the series, ‘Hellivate’.

The six celebrities were placed in glass boxes and raised above the jungle canopy as they endured a shower of jungle critters. However, their success meant the camp was rewarded with ten stars and a hot meal for everyone.

Earlier in the show, the teams faced a number of challenges in order to win a hot meal in the group’s base.

The red team lost the first challenge meaning the group’s leader, Tony Hadley, had to choose one person to leave their team, with the ‘Gold’ hitmaker opting to send George Shelley off to the jungle waiting room.

The next challenge saw Susannah Constantine and Jorgie Porter take to the skies as they battled to keep their heart rate down as they skydived out of a helicopter. With Susannah losing the competition, Chris Eubank – who drew the short straw – was sent to wait with George.

The third challenge saw the yellow team triumph as they released the floating chest first and to celebrate their success, they enjoyed a hot meal in the camp, whilst the red team had to endure a night in the loser’s camp.

In tonight’s episode, it was also revealed Lady Colin Campbell and Jorgie Porter would both be taking part in the next Bushtucker challenge ‘Disaster Chef’ tomorrow (16.11.15).
