Peter Andre never used to watch ‘EastEnders’ until he met Kellie Bright on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ last year.
The ‘Mysterious Girl’ hitmaker has never been a fan of soap operas but has warmed to the BBC One hit show since he got to know the 39-year-old actress – who plays pub landlord Linda Carter – through the Ballroom and Latin programme.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, he said: "We don’t watch many soaps but after being with Kellie Bright on ‘Strictly’, I’ve started watching her more. I love her."
Peter and Kellie developed a close bond when they competed against one another in the 13th series of the show but unfortunately didn’t manage to see in the final together as the 44-year-old singer was given the boot in the 10th week.
Kellie, on the other hand, went head-to-head with Georgia May Foote and Jay McGuiness but came in third place.
Meanwhile, although Pete isn’t keen on soaps, he has admitted he and his wife Emily MacDonagh, with whom he has two-year-old daughter Amelia, are big fans of the reality documentary show, ‘The Undateables’.
